I am not very fortunate enough for completing this
week’s blogger project; I do not know any mechanical engineering professors and
feel shy to disturb other students for my own business. In order to finish this
week’s blogger project, I have to ask help from my old friend Kim who graduated
from mechanical engineer in PSU and works in China right now. I don’t know how
to interview people like asking some valuable questions, besides it is spring
festival in China
right now, so here are some simple questions and his responses.
Q: Where do you work?
A: I work at Dalian Shipbuilding Factory.
Q: What do you do in average day?
A: Repair ships and renew ships.
Q: Is this the job you expected with your degree?
A: No, I expected to do something like designing cares
or repairing cares not ships lol.
Q: How many hours do you work per day?
A: It depends, normally I work 9 hours per day.
Q: Are you satisfied with your salary?
A: Yep, I can live comfortable in Dalian with my salary.
Q: Is this job related to what you learn in school?
A: The theories are same, but you need work experience
in order to do jobs like I do.
